Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor at Chase Home Lending in Washington, DC. Coach and mentor the branch team on mortgage products and services; meet with customers and introduce them to bankers for additional products; collaborate to deliver an outstanding customer experience through targeted marketing and lead-sourcing efforts; promote mortgage loan originations within footprint territories; serve as the internal/external mortgage expert with strong financial analysis and product knowledge to align with customer goals. Includes relationships with customers and partners, adherence to regulatory requirements, and ongoing supervision of lending processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- NMLS registration under SAFE Act requirements
