Senior Home Lending Advisor in Chase Home Lending responsible for guiding clients to homeownership with expert knowledge of mortgage products, training branch teams, and collaborating with bankers to promote loan originations. Role emphasizes consultative recommendations based on financial analysis and needs, building strong customer relationships, cross-selling related products, and ensuring regulatory compliance (FHA/VA, FNMA/FHLMC guidelines) while leveraging marketing and outreach efforts to grow mortgages within footprint territories.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
