Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor at Chase Home Lending serving as the primary contact throughout the loan life cycle. Partners with bankers to meet clients, promotes mortgage loan originations, provides financial recommendations based on customer needs and market knowledge, mentors branch teams on products and services, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience using a range of marketing and outreach efforts. The role emphasizes consultative sales, regulatory compliance, and deep product knowledge (FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC) within the local mortgage market to help clients achieve homeownership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
