Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor at Chase Home Lending to guide clients through the mortgage process as the primary contact, coach branch teams, collaborate with bankers for cross-sell opportunities, and promote mortgage loan originations. Requires knowledge of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines, strong communication skills, and the ability to analyze customers’ financial needs and circumstances to provide consultative lending recommendations; role involves marketing efforts, relationship building with customers and branches, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
