Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor at Chase Home Lending responsible for guiding clients to homeownership, coaching the branch team on products/services, meeting with customers and introducing them to bankers for additional offerings, collaborating on marketing and cross-sell efforts, promoting mortgage loan originations within footprint territories, and serving as the internal/external mortgage expert with consultative financial guidance and regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
