Senior Home Lending Advisor - Suffolk County NY Branches

Job Summary
Coach and mentor the branch team on mortgage products and services. Partner with bankers to meet customers and introduce them to additional financial offerings. Utilize direct mail, media advertisements, and electronic newsletters to create an outstanding customer experience and promote mortgage loan originations. Build relationships with customers by providing recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and their specific goals. Adhere to all regulatory requirements while marketing Chase financial products. Requires minimum three years of mortgage lending and retail banking sales experience, plus knowledge of FHA, VA, and FNMA guidelines. This role supports the Home Lending team in driving sales results and customer retention within Suffolk County branches.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum three years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
- FHA/VA sales experience
- Marketing, promoting, relationship building, and consulting skills
- Intermediate PC skills in a Windows environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
