Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor drives mortgage loan originations and delivers expert guidance on home financing to clients. Responsibilities include coaching and mentoring branch teams, meeting with customers alongside bankers to introduce additional products and services, collaborating on marketing and lead-generation efforts, promoting mortgage originations within footprint territories, and serving as the internal/external mortgage expert through financial analysis and product knowledge. Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 3+ years in mortgage lending and retail banking sales, knowledge of local real estate markets, strong communication skills, and familiarity with FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
