Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor responsible for guiding clients through the loan lifecycle, coaching the branch team on products and services, coordinating with bankers to introduce new clients for additional mortgage products, and promoting mortgage loan originations within footprint territories. Requires strong consultative skills, knowledge of FHA/VA and FNMA/FHLMC guidelines, real estate market awareness, and the ability to ensure regulatory compliance under Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending and NMLS requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
