Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor in Chase Home Lending responsible for guiding clients through mortgage loan origination, coaching branch teams, collaborating with bankers to introduce clients to additional products, and promoting mortgage solutions while ensuring regulatory compliance. The role emphasizes building strong relationships, providing consultative financial recommendations based on customers' needs, leveraging marketing and cross-sell efforts, and functioning within reporting structures to originate mortgage loans in footprint territories. The position requires mortgage-lending expertise, knowledge of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines, and effective communication to deliver a superior customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
- NMLS registration and compliance with SAFE Act; ability to pass background/credit checks and annual renewal
