Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor at Chase Home Lending to guide clients to homeownership and originate mortgage loans. Responsibilities include coaching and mentoring branch teams on products and services; meeting with customers and introducing clients to bankers for additional products; collaborating on marketing efforts to promote mortgage loan originations; building strong partnerships with retail branches; serving as internal and external mortgage expert; providing consultative financial recommendations based on customers’ needs and circumstances; and adhering to regulatory requirements including Dodd-Frank and NMLS SAFE Act processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
- NMLS registration and SAFE Act familiarity
- Compliance with Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators
