Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor role focused on guiding clients to homeownership within Chase Home Lending. Responsibilities include coaching and mentoring branch teams on products and services; meeting with customers with bankers to introduce additional products; collaborating on marketing efforts to generate loan originations; building strong partnerships with retail branches; serving as the mortgage expert and maintaining relationships with customers; providing consultative financial recommendations based on customers’ needs and circumstances. Qualifications emphasize a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in sales/real estate, 3+ years mortgage lending and sales experience, knowledge of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines, strong communication skills, and NMLS regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
- NMLS registration and SAFE Act compliance requirements (as part of licensing process)
