Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor at Chase Home Lending focused on guiding clients to homeownership with expert knowledge of mortgage products. Responsible for coaching branch teams, meeting with customers and introducing them to bankers, collaborating on marketing and cross-sell efforts, promoting mortgage loan originations within footprint territories, and serving as the internal/external mortgage expert. Requires consultative selling, strong communication, real estate market awareness, and familiarity with FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines; experience with NMLS/SAFE Act compliance will be required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
