Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor at Chase Home Lending responsible for coaching branch teams, meeting with customers and introducing them to bankers for additional products, promoting mortgage loan originations within footprint territories, and functioning as the internal/external mortgage expert. Requires consultative recommendations based on financial analysis and customer needs, with emphasis on relationship-building, marketing collaboration, and cross-sell efforts. Requires knowledge of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines and 3+ years in mortgage lending; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; strong communication skills and real estate market knowledge. Prioritize partnering with retail branches, delivering exceptional customer experience, and adhering to regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
