Job Summary
As a Senior Home Lending Advisor, you will coach and mentor branch teams on home lending products, collaborate with retail branches to enhance mortgage loan originations, and serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their loan journey. This role entails building strong customer relationships, providing expert advice based on financial analysis, and adhering to regulatory requirements while marketing Chase's financial products. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of mortgage lending experience are required, along with strong communication skills and knowledge of relevant guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
Desired Qualifications
- FHA/VA sales experience
- Marketing, promoting, relationship building, and consulting skills
- Intermediate PC skills in a Windows environment
Additional Requirements

- Continued employment is subject to compliance with Truth in Lending Act/Dodd Frank Loan Originator requirements.
- Requires NMLS registration under the SAFE Act of 2008.
