Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor at Chase Home Lending who guides clients through the mortgage process as the primary contact, coaches branch teams on products and services, collaborates with bankers to originate mortgage loans, and promotes a superior customer experience. Responsibilities include mentoring staff, meeting with customers, introducing clients to bankers for additional products, leveraging marketing and relocation programs to generate loan originations, maintaining strong relationships with customers, providing consultative financial recommendations based on real estate and mortgage product knowledge, and ensuring compliance with FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
