Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor responsible for coaching the branch team on products and services, meeting with customers to originate mortgage loans, and collaborating to promote a superior customer experience. The role requires consultative financial analysis, knowledge of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines, regulatory compliance, and strong relationships with customers and retail branches to grow mortgage loan originations within footprint territories. Requires ability to train others, cross-sell related products, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage requirements and market conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
