Job Summary
Coach and mentor the branch team on lending products and services while collaborating with bankers to introduce new clients for additional financial offerings. Build strong partnerships with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations and utilize direct mail, media advertisements, and outbound lead sourcing to create an outstanding customer experience. Exhibit consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and customer financial needs, goals, and circumstances. Serve as the internal and external mortgage expert by maintaining relationships with customers and adhering to all regulatory requirements while marketing Chase financial products.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
- FHA/VA sales experience
- Marketing, promoting, relationship building, and consulting skills
- Intermediate PC skills in a Windows environment
