Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor in Chase Home Lending based in Renton, WA. Coaches and mentors branch teams on products and services; meets with customers to introduce bankers for additional products; collaborates on marketing and cross-sell efforts; promotes mortgage loan originations within footprint territories; acts as the internal/external mortgage expert; provides consultative recommendations based on financial analysis and customer needs; requires knowledge of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines and 3+ years of mortgage lending in retail banking. This role emphasizes customer relationships, sales, and regulatory compliance within a banking environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
