Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor in Chase Home Lending based in Puyallup, WA. You will serve as the chief point of contact for customers throughout the life of the loan, mentor the branch team on products and services, collaborate with bankers to meet clients and promote mortgage loan originations, and build strong relationships with customers. Responsibilities include coaching branches, leveraging marketing and lead-sourcing efforts, and maintaining consultative knowledge of mortgage products with guidance on FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in sales/real estate and 3+ years of mortgage lending and sales experience, knowledge of the local real estate market, and strong communication skills. Regulatory commitments under FDIA/Dodd-Frank and NMLS SAFE Act are noted. Preferred qualifications include FHA/VA sales experience and related relationship-building and marketing skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
