Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor in Chase Home Lending responsible for coaching the branch team, meeting with customers to introduce additional products, promoting mortgage loan originations, and building strong partnerships with retail branches. Drives an outstanding customer experience using centralized marketing efforts, cross-sell initiatives, relocation programs, and direct mail/media campaigns. Provides consultative recommendations based on financial analysis and product knowledge, leveraging knowledge of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines. Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 3+ years mortgage lending and sales experience in retail banking, and strong communication and real estate market knowledge. Located in Prescott, AZ.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
