Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor responsible for coaching the branch team, collaborating with bankers to introduce clients to additional financial products, driving mortgage loan originations, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while adhering to regulatory requirements. The role requires deep knowledge of home lending products, ability to provide consultative financial recommendations, strong relationship building, and effective communication. Demonstrated mortgage lending experience, familiarity with FHA/VA guidelines, and an understanding of the local real estate market are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum three years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- This position is subject to the Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators. An employment offer is contingent on review of criminal history, credit, NMLS, and fitness for the position
