Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor with Chase Home Lending. Coaches and mentors branch teams, meets with customers and introduces clients to bankers for additional products and services, and collaborates on marketing efforts to promote mortgage loan originations. Builds strong partnerships with retail branches, serves as the internal/external mortgage expert, and provides consultative financial recommendations based on customers’ needs and circumstances. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in sales/real estate, 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven retail banking sales experience, knowledge of real estate markets, FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines, and strong communication skills. Must comply with NMLS/SAFE Act requirements and Truth in Lending Act/Dodd-Frank Loan Originator requirements; role involves regulatory review and annual updates.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
