Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor at Chase Home Lending leads mortgage lending initiatives and serves as the primary contact for clients throughout the loan life cycle. The role includes coaching and mentoring branch teams on products and services, collaborating with bankers to meet clients and introduce additional banking products, and partnering with the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience through integrated marketing and cross-sell efforts. The position emphasizes promoting mortgage loan originations within footprint territories, maintaining strong relationships with customers, and applying consultative skills grounded in financial analysis, product knowledge, and customer needs. Required familiarity with FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines and regulatory compliance under Truth in Lending Act/Dodd-Frank, with NMLS/SAFE Act registration as applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
