Senior Home Lending Advisor responsible for coaching and mentoring branch teams, meeting with customers, and promoting mortgage loan originations within footprint territories. Drives customer experience through marketing and cross-sell efforts, partners with retail branches, provides consultative financial product recommendations based on customers' needs, and maintains relationships with customers while ensuring compliance with FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
