Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor responsible for coaching branch teams, meeting with customers and bankers to promote mortgage loan originations, and serving as the mortgage expert. Collaborates with marketing efforts and retail branches to grow loan originations, provides consultative recommendations based on customers' financial needs, goals, and circumstances, and maintains relationships with customers throughout the loan lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
