Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor at Chase Home Lending in Owensboro, KY. You will coach and mentor branch staff, meet with customers and connect them to bankers for additional products and services, and collaborate on marketing efforts to promote mortgage loan originations. You will develop strong partnerships with retail branches, act as the internal and external mortgage expert, and provide consultative recommendations based on customers' financial needs and circumstances. Requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 3+ years of mortgage lending and sales experience, knowledge of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines, and NMLS/SAFE Act registration; regulatory disclosures and licensing considerations apply.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
