Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor provides mortgage guidance and serves as the primary contact for clients through the loan life cycle. Collaborates with bankers to meet customers, promotes mortgage loan originations, applies knowledge of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines, emphasizes regulatory compliance, trains branch teams, and builds strong customer relationships with consultative product recommendations and cross-sell opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
