Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor who serves as the primary contact throughout the loan lifecycle, coaches branch teams on products and services, meets with customers and introduces them to bankers for additional offerings, and collaborates with the team to drive mortgage loan originations. Requires strong knowledge of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines, excellent communication, and ability to provide consultative financial recommendations while complying with regulatory requirements. Must be eligible for NMLS registration and comply with SAFE Act and Truth in Lending Act requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
