Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor at Chase Home Lending in Oklahoma City, responsible for coaching branch teams on mortgage products, meeting with customers, introducing clients to bankers for cross-sell opportunities, promoting mortgage loan originations, and applying consultative analysis of customers' financial needs to recommend suitable products. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
