Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor in Chase Home Lending responsible for guiding clients through the mortgage loan lifecycle; coaches and mentors branch teams, meets with customers with bankers to promote mortgage products, drives cross-sell and marketing initiatives, builds relationships with retail branches to originate mortgage loans, and provides consultative financial recommendations based on customers' goals and circumstances while complying with regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
