Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor coordinates mortgage loan originations and customer guidance within Chase Home Lending. You will coach branch teams, meet with customers alongside bankers, promote products through marketing efforts, and develop strong partnerships with retail branches to drive mortgage sales while providing consultative financial recommendations and adhering to regulatory guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
- FHA/VA sales experience (preferred)
- Marketing, promoting, relationship building, and consulting skills
- Intermediate PC skills in a Windows environment
- Compliance with Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators; NMLS registration and SAFE Act compliance
