Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor role in Chase Home Lending located in New York, NY. You will act as the primary contact for customers throughout the life of the loan, coach and mentor branch teams on product knowledge, collaborate with bankers to originate mortgage loans, and leverage marketing and relationship-building activities to drive client satisfaction and loan growth. Key duties include guiding clients to homeownership, providing consultative financial recommendations based on customer needs, maintaining regulatory compliance, and applying knowledge of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines to loan originations. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
- NMLS registration and SAFE Act compliance requirements (as applicable to employment)
