Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor at Chase Home Lending in New York City branch. Leads mortgage originations through coaching the branch team, cultivating client relationships, and partnering with bankers to introduce clients to additional products. Applies deep knowledge of home lending products and regulatory requirements to guide customers from pre-qualification through loan lifecycle, while leveraging marketing efforts, cross-sell opportunities, and standard processes to deliver a high-quality customer experience. Requires mortgage lending experience, knowledge of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines, strong communication skills, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum three years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
Desired Qualifications
- FHA/VA sales experience
- Marketing, promoting, relationship building, and consulting skills
- Intermediate PC skills in a Windows environment
