Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor at Chase Home Lending in Staten Island, NY. You will act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the loan lifecycle, drive mortgage originations, and collaborate with bankers to introduce clients to additional products and services. You’ll coach branch teams, leverage marketing efforts and relationships to grow mortgage sales, and apply knowledge of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines to advise customers on home financing options. The role emphasizes consultative selling, cross-sell opportunities, and deep knowledge of the local real estate market, while adhering to regulatory requirements and NMLS/SAFE Act standards. Responsibilities include training and partnership development within branches, managing customer experiences, and supporting outbound marketing and lead sourcing efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum three years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- NMLS registration under the SAFE Act and compliance with related requirements
