Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor at Chase Home Lending drives mortgage originations and delivers end-to-end client service; mentors branch team and collaborates with bankers to cross-sell mortgage products; leverages marketing and lead-sourcing efforts to grow loan volume; acts as the internal/external mortgage expert with strong consultative skills and knowledge of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines; requires at least three years of mortgage lending experience, knowledge of local real estate markets, excellent communication, and NMLS/Safe Act compliance; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; position based in Brooklyn, NY area.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum three years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
Additional Requirements
- Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators
- NMLS registration and SAFE Act compliance
- background check including criminal history and credit report
- annual renewal and updates to NMLS after start date
