Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor responsible for coaching the branch team on products and services, meeting with customers with bankers to introduce new clients for additional products and services, and collaborating on marketing efforts to promote mortgage loan originations. Builds partnerships with retail branches to drive mortgage activity, maintains relationships with customers as the internal and external mortgage expert, and provides consultative financial recommendations based on customers’ needs and circumstances. Requires knowledge of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines and 3+ years of mortgage lending experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
