Job Summary
Coach and mentor the branch team on products and services, then partner with bankers to introduce new clients to them for additional offerings. Build strong relationships with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations while serving as the internal and external mortgage expert. Deliver consultative recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and customer needs, adhering to all regulatory requirements while marketing Chase's financial products. This role supports the Home Lending team's demonstrated knowledge in specialization to create an outstanding customer experience through direct mail, media advertisements, and cross-sell efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum three years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
- FHA/VA sales experience
- Marketing, promoting, relationship building, and consulting skills
- Intermediate PC skills in a Windows environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
