Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor at Chase Home Lending responsible for coaching branch teams, meeting with customers to originate mortgage loans, introducing clients to bankers for cross-sell opportunities, and promoting mortgage loan originations within footprint territories. Build and maintain relationships with customers, provide consultative recommendations based on financial analysis and knowledge of customers' needs, and collaborate with marketing efforts (direct mail, media ads, relocation programs, newsletters, outbound lead sourcing) to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Requires leadership in sales, knowledge of FHA/VA guidelines, and compliance with Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
