Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor responsible for guiding clients through the mortgage journey and originating loans. Collaborates with bankers to introduce new clients and promote mortgage products; mentors branch teams on product knowledge; leverages marketing channels (direct mail, ads, cross-sell efforts, relocation programs, digital communications) to drive loan originations. Maintains expert knowledge of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines, provides consultative financial recommendations based on client needs, and builds strong internal and external relationships to support homeownership goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
