Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor in Chase Home Lending serves as the chief point of contact for customers throughout the life of the loan, coaching branch teams, meeting with customers, and guiding clients to homeownership. The role collaborates with bankers and marketing efforts to promote mortgage loan originations, develops partnerships with retail branches, and uses consultative financial analysis, product knowledge, and customer needs to provide tailored home lending solutions. The position emphasizes relationship building, cross-selling related products and services, and maintaining regulatory compliance while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
