Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor at Chase Home Lending in Myrtle Beach area. Responsible for coaching and mentoring branch teams, meeting with customers and introducing them to bankers for additional products, promoting mortgage loan originations, and delivering an outstanding customer experience through collaboration with marketing and cross-sell initiatives. Serves as internal and external mortgage expert, providing consultative recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and customer needs, while maintaining relationships with customers and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry guidelines (FHA/VA, FNMA/FHLMC). The role emphasizes relationship-building, sales excellence, and partnership with retail branches to grow mortgage originations within footprint territories, supported by proactive training, cross-functional collaboration, and adherence to lending standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
