Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor responsible for guiding clients through the mortgage process and serving as the internal/external mortgage expert. Core duties include coaching branch teams on products and services, meeting with customers alongside bankers to grow mortgage loan originations in footprint territories, collaborating on marketing and lead-generation campaigns, and building strong relationships with customers. Requires consultative selling, knowledge of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines, and 3+ years of mortgage lending experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
