Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor to coach and mentor the branch team on mortgage products and services, collaborate with bankers to grow mortgage loan originations in footprint territories, and serve as the internal/external mortgage expert providing consultative recommendations based on customers’ financial needs and circumstances. The role requires strong knowledge of FHA/VA guidelines, real estate markets, and regulatory requirements, plus the ability to build relationships, market effectively, and deliver an outstanding customer experience through cross-sell and targeted marketing efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
