Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor at Chase Home Lending helps clients navigate mortgage options and originate loans, coaching branch teams, meeting with customers, cross-selling products, and leveraging marketing tools to promote mortgage originations. The role requires deep knowledge of real estate markets and mortgage guidelines (FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC), strong communication, consultative sales, relationship-building, and the ability to advise customers on financial needs and goals while complying with regulations. Responsibilities include mentoring the branch team, coordinating with bankers to connect clients with appropriate services, and developing strong partnerships with retail branches to grow loan originations within footprint territories.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
