Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor in Chase Home Lending responsible for guiding clients to homeownership, mentoring branch teams on products and services, meeting with customers to introduce additional banking products, and driving mortgage loan originations within footprint territories. Works with bankers and teams to deliver outstanding customer experience through targeted marketing, cross-sell efforts, and partnership development while applying FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines. Requires consultative financial analysis, knowledge of local real estate markets, NMLS registration readiness, and strong communication; Mandarin bilingual preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
- Mandarin Bilingual Preferred
