Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor role in Chase Home Lending in Melville, NY. You will coach and mentor the branch team on products and services, meet with customers, introduce new clients to bankers for additional products and services, collaborate with the team to create an outstanding customer experience through direct mail, media advertisements, cross-sell efforts, relocation programs, and Chase.com resources, develop partnerships with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations, and serve as the internal/external mortgage expert while maintaining relationships with customers. The role requires consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis, knowledge of customer needs, and product knowledge, with emphasis on FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines; strong communication abilities; and experience in real estate markets and mortgage lending.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
