Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor at Chase Home Lending in McKinney, TX, responsible for guiding clients through mortgage loan processes, coaching branch teams on products and services, collaborating with bankers to introduce clients to additional banking solutions, and promoting mortgage originations through marketing efforts and cross-sell strategies. Demonstrates consultative financial analysis and product knowledge to advise customers, builds strong relationships with customers and branches, and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and licensing protocols (including NMLS/SAFE Act).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- NMLS registration and SAFE Act compliance requirements
