Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor in Chase Home Lending responsible for coaching branch teams on products and services, meeting with customers and introducing them to bankers for additional products, and promoting mortgage loan originations within footprint territories. The role emphasizes developing client partnerships, providing consultative financial recommendations based on customer needs and circumstances, and leveraging marketing efforts to drive loan originations. Must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience, knowledge of real estate market and FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines; preferred FHA/VA sales experience and strong relationship-building and consulting skills. Note: position requires NMLS registration and compliance with SAFE Act and Truth in Lending requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
