Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor responsibilities include coaching and mentoring the branch team, meeting with customers and introducing them to bankers for additional products and services, promoting mortgage loan originations through partnerships with retail branches and marketing efforts, building relationships with customers, and applying consultative financial analysis and product knowledge to meet customers' needs while adhering to regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
