Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor at Chase Home Lending based in Manassas, VA. Drives mortgage originations and delivers an outstanding customer experience by coaching branch teams, meeting with customers alongside bankers, and leveraging marketing efforts to promote mortgage products. Acts as the internal and external mortgage expert, providing consultative financial guidance grounded in knowledge of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines, and builds strong customer relationships to fulfill homeownership goals. Requires strong communication skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to navigate regulatory requirements while collaborating with branches and cross-functional teams to grow mortgage loan originations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
